To begin using Creatine Monohydrate Powder, you have the option to start with a loading phase or go straight into a maintenance phase. If you choose to do the loading phase, you should consume 20 grams per day for 5-7 days. This is typically done by taking 4 servings of 5 grams throughout the day, which is the equivalent of 8 scoops in total. Spread these servings evenly, for example, one in the morning, one pre-workout, one post-workout, and one before bed. The purpose of this phase is to saturate your muscles with creatine as quickly as possible, boosting muscle stores in a short period of time. During the loading phase, you will use approximately 15 servings from the container.After the loading phase, or if you decide to skip it, you will move into the maintenance phase. For ongoing use, the recommended daily dose is 3-5 grams. A standard dose would be 3 grams (1 scoop), but you can increase this to 5 grams (2 scoops) per day if preferred. At this point, your muscles will already have elevated levels of creatine, and the goal is to maintain these levels for consistent performance benefits. You can take creatine at any time during the day, although many people prefer to take it post-workout to support muscle recovery.To consume the powder, simply add your desired dose (1 scoop for 3g or 2 scoops for 5g) to 200-300ml of water, juice, or another beverage.
